Support
Questions, bug reports, content corrections, or feedback: we read every message.
Direct line for everything: issues, requests, questions about content accuracy, or institutional inquiries.
support@criticalcarevault.comInside the app: open Settings → Report an Issue. Diagnostic context (current screen, app version, device info) is included automatically so we can reproduce faster.
Spot a clinically incorrect question, rationale, or reference? Email us with the question ID (visible in the question footer) and the correction. We turn around fixes quickly, usually in the next release.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Urgent clinical-content issues take priority.
Frequently asked
Do I need an account?
You can tap Continue as Guest to preview the app on one device. Guest mode includes a limited question-bank and medication-question preview, starter EKG/rhythm content, Basic Vitals Monitor simulation, the first study modules, and core clinical tools. A free account unlocks the full library, Saved, flags, spaced review, advanced practice, and sync across devices.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Once installed, the content available to your access level works offline on that device. Creating an account, syncing progress, and cloud backup require a connection when they run.
How do I delete my account?
Two places, same result: in the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account, or on the web, sign in at criticalcarevault.com/account and use Delete account. Both ask you to confirm before permanently removing the account and associated account data. If you need help, email privacy@criticalcarevault.com. Local guest data is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in device Settings.
Is this a substitute for clinical judgment?
No, and we are explicit about it. Critical Care Vault is an educational training and reference tool only. It is not a medical device, makes no diagnostic claims, and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or provider orders. See the full intended use statement and terms.
Can I use this for CME / CE credit?
Not at this time. Critical Care Vault is a self-study tool and is not currently accredited for continuing education credit.
Do you offer institutional licenses?
Reach out at support@criticalcarevault.com. We're open to conversations with critical-care fellowships, residency programs, and ICU education leadership.
