Frequently asked

Do I need an account?

You can tap Continue as Guest to preview the app on one device. Guest mode includes a limited question-bank and medication-question preview, starter EKG/rhythm content, Basic Vitals Monitor simulation, the first study modules, and core clinical tools. A free account unlocks the full library, Saved, flags, spaced review, advanced practice, and sync across devices.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once installed, the content available to your access level works offline on that device. Creating an account, syncing progress, and cloud backup require a connection when they run.

How do I join the Android beta?

The Android app is in a closed testing phase, and we're looking for a small group of real clinicians and students to use it for about two weeks of normal shifts and study. Email us an application with the email address tied to your Google Play account, your device model, and your Android version. We review every application, and approved testers receive a private invite link by email. Testing is free, and your feedback shapes the release.

How do I delete my account?

Two places, same result: in the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account, or on the web, sign in at criticalcarevault.com/account and use Delete account. Both ask you to confirm before permanently removing the account and associated account data. If you need help, email . Local guest data is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in device Settings.

Is this a substitute for clinical judgment?

No, and we are explicit about it. Critical Care Vault is an educational training and reference tool only. It is not a medical device, makes no diagnostic claims, and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or provider orders. See the full intended use statement and terms.

Can I use this for CME / CE credit?

Not at this time. Critical Care Vault is a self-study tool and is not currently accredited for continuing education credit.

Do you offer institutional licenses?
